Monday, 3/23/09

We just got back from my grandma's house, it was a blast! First we ate lunch, then we went to the park and practiced baseball, and the next day my brother and I went to play golf with my grandpa. My last shot went past the 50 yards sign! Even though it was fun, I'm glad to be home now. My dad and I are starting to do a work-out routine, here it is in order: we do 15 pushups, 15 crunches, 15 back-bends, 10 pushups, 10 crunches, 10 back-bends, 5 pushups, 5 crunches, and 5 back-bends, then we go run. It's a good workout and it makes you feel good too!
